THAT 2: Publisher agrees: Renee Ashley Baker will receive (from the publisher) a CASH ADVANCE of 1 million dollars ($1,000,000).
THAT 3: Publisher agrees: Upon Publisher’s RECOUPMENT of said advance (by book sales) Renee Ashley Baker and the publisher would SPLIT all profits 30/70 respectively.
THAT 4: Publisher agrees: Publisher shall retain EBOOK rights and AUDIO BOOK rights.
THAT 5: Publisher agrees: Renee Ashley Baker shall retain “all” MOTION PICTURE RIGHTS and “all” TV RIGHTS.
