I, Renee Ashley Baker, don’t want to lose any of my “friends and fans” so I’ve decided to “explain” a few things. There used to be a thing on a motion picture called a “dope budget”. This “budget” was a “hidden expense” whereby drug addicted movie stars could get the movie they were working on to “pay for their illegal drug habit”. Now–what seems to be going on–is that “drug dealers and dope runners” are forcing (and I mean FORCING) movie producers to cast their drug addicted “clients”. SAY WHAT! You can imagine why somebody like myself is “JUST SAYING NO” to “drug addicted actors and actresses”. You see, I can’t talk to Christie Brinkly now because I don’t know yet what “they” might be up to; like—trying to turn a “fragile” Alexa into “crack head” Tatum Oneal (???) well, I won’t be a party to it. I think its a shame what has happened to Redmond Oneal (Farrah Fawcett’s son); Tatum Oneal (Ryan Oneal’s daughter); Anna Nicole Smith’s son, and Marie Osmond’s son. I am “still angry” about what was done to “A-list movie star” Whitney Houston. You see, when “drug dealers” get up “nerve enough” to “walk into a bank with cash money” (like they did at HSBC in London) then “drug dealers” will “try and do anything”. (By the way, I believe the IRS was right in trying to “vet” the “tea Party charity organization filings”. I truly believe that “drug dealers” (drug cartels) are going to begin using these “charity organizations” to “launder drug money”. Why? Because contributors to these “tea party charity organizations” can remain UNDISCLOSED. And yes–I do believe “tea partyers” are that STUPID!) So–you see….I’m out. I’m out of the “production” business. I won’t be setting up any movie payrolls nor any TV payrolls. No payrolls unless they are “fashion industry” payrolls. (I’d still like to do a “FB Show” for Mark Zuckerberg from France–from the French Riviera–for 500,000 shares of “FB Stock”. And I’d “love” to do an “event” for Erma French Perfume and Design (a “Fashion Walks” ) to be held at New York’s Standard Hotel. That is-the Andre Balazs Shelter Island resort where first “sister” Pipa Middleton vacationed ….)

p.s. What does cowtown Denver keep bothering me about Beyonce for ? I, Renee Ashley Baker, have no plans to do any projects with Beyonce nor with Jay-Z. Beyonce will not be singing the Renee Ashley Baker song, “DIAMONDS”. (Beyonce is a writer and she can write her own songs). So–you cowtown hillbillies don’t keep saying Beyonce’s name around Denver….Okay?

I, Renee Ashley Baker, have grown “fond” of President Obama (the 56th Inaugurated President of the United States). And not just because some Chick-fil-a driver sat parked out in front of this public library and told me in a nasty, curt, tone of voice, that I’d better start liking Chick-fil-a…. (“TAKE THAT CHICKEN CRAP BACK OKAY”)…. This pre- Mother’s Day post is about those “P-Whipped” you-know-whats who did not DIS-OBEY ORDERS and “hop in their F-18′s” and “give aid”….. I ask: What Were We Doing In Benghazi In The First Place? (SomeBody made a joke and said that Ambassador Stevens went back to the Benghazi Consulate on September 10th to “get some gold bars”….)

Seriously though….I believe these “cockamamie” hearings are just another attempt to “harass” President Obama and thwart Hilary Clinton’s bid for President in 2016.

(It has been said that the CIA Annex was being used to “hold–detain–and TORTURE suspected terrorists”. If so–then– I guess we got what we deserved).

ABOUT MY MOTHER:

1. My Mother Erma/Irma made me French toast for breakfast when I was a little girl (in St. Louis Missouri).

2. My Mother Erma/Irma was a “ballet mother” who paid for my “ballet lessons” (starting at age 7 and I danced “en pointe” at the age of 9).

3. My Mother Erma/Irma used to let the neighborhood children come to her house–to her 4 bedroom mini-mansion to watch “color tv”. My Mother’s mini-mansion had been brought over piece from Paris France to St. Louis Missouri by a Jewish millionaire. (My Mother Erma/Irma had the only “color tv” on the block at that time back in the early 1960′s).

4. My Mother Erma/Irma never, never drank alcohol, she never smoked cigerettes, she never told lies and she didn’t steal. (In fact, Mother would always repeat that old adage “If you lie you’ll steal and if you steal you’ll tell a lie”…)

5. My Mother Erma/Irma was an Army wife and an Air Force Mother. (Mother was also an “Eastern Star”).

6. My Mother didn’t like Italians. (I guess this is why I, Renee Ashley Baker, don’t “care for” Italian Men).

7. My Mother Erma/Irma had beautiful gardens. In St. Louis, strangers would stop their cars, come and knock on our door, and ask my Mother Erma/Irma how she got her “rose bushes” to grow so beautifully. (Mother’s fur storer–Mr. Lloyd of Marks Lloyd furs in Cherry Creek–would also comment on my Mother’s beautiful “pink rose bushes”. (My Mother’s “crocodile heels” and “mink strollers” were coveted by me and hopefully I’ve captured some of my Mother’s things –in photographs–and in elegance and in mystery — on my FLICKR page.

8. My Mother Erma/Irma was a “life long Democrat”. (Which is why I, Renee Ashley BAker, will once again become a “registered Democrat”).

9. My Mother’s Foundation (The Erma/Irma Foundation) will be headquartered on the “upper east side” of New York City. And my Mother’s “Erma French Perfume and Design” will be headquartered in Paris France.

SO, yesterday–what do I hear? (On mediocre cowtown radio ?). I hear talk. I hear talk about a “possible movie” about a “mediocre” B-list propagandist named Leni Riefenstahl; a movie–which would cast Charlize Theron in the leading role. (Charlize Theron? Shouldn’t she portraying Beate Klarsfeld the Nazi hunter ?)…. Anyway—on Steve Kelly’s “mediocre” morning conservative “B-list blather radio show” this guy was talking about a “possible movie” about his new book. A book about a “mediocre” athlete who came in second to Jesse Owens (in the 1936 Olympics). It appears that this “mediocre athlete” was from Colorado and HE had a (mediocre) affair with Leni Riefenstahl the Propagandist….(I suspect the “affair started” when HE jumped off the diving board after showing Leni his “slit”….SLIT–get it? He showed Leni the back of himself instead of the FRONT of himself like a man is supposed to….)

IF — Charlize Theron “finances” this production then Charlize is a “mediocre” B-list WHORE making a movie about a “mediocre” B-list WHORE (named Leni Riefenstahl) who stole fine china (and fur coats) from “rich Jews”….(The Nazis then systematically and unprecedentedly–got rid of each and every victim of their theft…)

The “mini-mansion” had been originally built in the mid-1920′s or 1930′s and had real “gold leaf” wallpaper on the walls; it also had wrought iron chandeliers and fireplaces (with heavy led “cherub/chariot” fireplace covers) in every room; it had 4 big bedrooms and a big 4 car garage.

PROBLEM: $16 Trillion in National Debt
(National Debt Holders hold $16 trillion in T-bills and T-bonds from the U.S. Treasury).

SOLUTION: A Debt for Debt SWAP
(The “National Debt Holder” would be offered an oppurtunity to TRADE/SWAP their T-bills/T-bonds for “x-number” of shares/bills/bonds (at equal dollar value) in a new corporation.
A NEW CORPORATION that would train then EMPLOY millions of “out of work” Americans).

I. NOW GET ME:
The T-bill/T-bond holder (aka –the NDH–aka the National Debt Holder) would NO LONGER BE OWED MONEY from the U.S. Treasury. The T-bill/T-bond holder would own shares of a NEW CORPORATION. (It would be a Non-Publicly Traded corporation so that stock brokers can’t “churn” stock value down).

II. FINANCING
This NEW CORPORATION would be funded (capitalized) by (a) Bank Loans from all of the major American Banks and by (b) Congress. $1-2 Billion Dollars would be allotted by Congress from the U.S. Treasury. (Remember–this won’t raise “the debt” as the U.S. Treasury will “no longer owe” National Debt Holders who agree to Trade/Swap their T-bills/T-bonds for new).

III. GOVERNANCE AND EXECUTIVES
The NEW CORPORATION would assemble a Board of Directors. Twelve “notables” such as: A Congressman, a Bank Chairman, an Economist, an Investment Banker, a Socialogist, an Environmentalist, a Marketing Executive, an Advertising Executive, a Manufacturing Executive, a Human Resource Executive, an OSHA Specialist, and 1 other.

IV. MISSION STATEMENT
(A) To “satisfy” National Debt Holders.
(B) To “train and employ” millions of Unemployed Americans.

V. HIRING AND TRAINING
FOUR WEBSITES would be designed and “put on” the world wide web (a North Region, South Region, East Region and West Region). Those AMERICANS who want to work would “REGISTER” on one of the four websites (using their Name, their Address, their ID/Driver’s License number, and– their “Unemployment ID” number).

VI. LOCATIONS
There would be 50 “locations”. Each “State” would have it’s own MANUFACTURING PLANT and TRAINING CENTER. Of course there would be no union–absolutely NO TRADE UNIONS !

VII. PARTNER COMPANIES (aka SUPPLIERS)
The NEW CORPORATION would allow “new businesses” (those in business 3 years or less) to obtain CONTRACTS (with the U.S. Government) to SUPPLY office items, office equipment, work clothes, lunch catering trucks as well as “Nuts and Bolts”. The NEW CORPORATION would solicit “bidding” through a website specially created for this purpose.

VIII. THE PRODUCT
The American Public will always want to save money, cut their budget, lower their monthly bills. What–is needed– is a “PRODUCT” to help Americans cut their ever rising “heat and utility” bills. Therefore—Millions of UNEMPLOYED AMERICANS would be :
(a) Trained to Manufacture Solar Panels.
(b) Trained to Install Solar Panels (on roof tops).

IX. NOW WAIT !
So far–SOLAR has not taken off (except for one solar company which installs solar panels on roofs then charges a monthly fee for “Solar Energy Usage” (just like a public utility does). Solar IS the way of the future. But WHY–hasn’t it been done right? Is it that NOBODY wants to “Buck Up Against” the utility companies? Well, the NEW CORPORATION would be a U.S. Government “organized and funded” Solar Energy Utility….
HOW–you ask–will this NEW CORPORATION make money? The answer: Two Ways.

1. By SELLING Solar Panel (roofing) to American home owners.

2. By LEASING Solar Panel Energy. (By CHARGING American home owners a monthly “Solar Energy Usage Fee” just like a public utility does).

The NEW CORPORATION would have, literally, millions and millions of CUSTOMERS.

X. THE NAME ? (Of the New Corporation ?)
“U. S. SOLAR (NDH)”

Of course, the name is similar to the great name U. S. STEEL….

XI. DISCLOSURE: My company “Solstice Ventures” would produce TV Commercials for the new U. S. Solar NDH (NDH stands for National Debt Holder…..)
