THE CONTRACT
1. TLC will own (and broadcast) Renee Ashley Baker’s TV Show. The first 3 years TLC will have (one time) RE-RUN RIGHTS (per year).
2. AFTER the third year–(at the fourth year) NETFLIX TV will get all 24 shows (at $1 million per show) to air (to broadcast) on Netflix TV for 3 years (?)
3. TLC Contract Also Calls For:
a. Renee Ashley Baker to get a salary/a fee of $25,000 per show (24 shows) and–an OFFICE.
b. Renee Ashley Baker to get a “wardrobe allowance”.
c. Renee Ashley Baker to get a “moving to France” allowance.
d. Renee Ashley Baker to get (to be granted) “Internet Syndication Rights” (worldwide).
e. Renee Ashley Baker to get (to be granted) “Third Run thru Perpetuity worldwide Broadcast Syndication Rights.
